- Apply acquired understanding and practices when serving client queries
- Ensure client approval in all transactions
- Ownership of client demands as well as follow up to assure resolution was provided
- Professionally pay attention to and sort out client issues and escalate as appropriate
- Obtain and assess all applicable info to handle requests and complaints
- No BPO experience is required for candidates that reached at least 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- BPO experience is required for High School Graduates
- Good English language conversation skills
- Computer and Web proficient
- Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules
