Senior Service Desk Analyst Jobs Vacancy in Euroasia Executive Search Jobs Details:
- Process ticket requests and handle other service desk communications (email, voice, etc.)
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal clients using company specific applications
- Perform troubleshooting and conduct problem determination to identify the source of problem
- Conduct process review, develop process and procedural documentation and continuous process improvement
- Conduct regular audits on ticket handling procedures including service desk communications
- Gather and validate work performance data.
- Handle escalations
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Must have at least 4-5 yearsâ experience in IT operations preferably in a technical support role
- Demonstrated basic knowledge and experience in the following: Windows OS, MS Office Products, Network Administration
- Experience with a remote desktop management application
- Experience with a ticketing system (i.e. Jira)
- Knowledgeable with ITIL process
- Must have experience working as part of an enterprise support team
- Must have experience serving multi-national customers
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skill
This role will be responsible for supporting the operations of the companyâs IT service desk. The Service Desk Analyst will coordinate the provision of IT support services for the companyâs offices located in different sites.
