Admin Purchasing Officer Reliever Jobs Vacancy in Duepro Printing Services San Pedro Jobs Details:
- Supervise admin/purchasing departments
- Assist in the processing of permits such as PDEA, PhilExport, FDA, Business Permits,etc.
- Assist the admin supervisor in managing all company assets (buildings and its premises including leased properties, furniture & fixtures office equipment, vehicles, office upplies. etc.
- Prepare daily dispatch schedules of drivers and messenger
- assist the admin supervisor with corporate travel bookings and other arrangements
- Purchased of Imported Materials
- negotiate pricing/communicate with suppliers
- Graduate of BS Management or any related course
- at least 2-4 year experience as Admin supervisor/officer
- willing to work in Pacita San Pedro, Laguna
- good communication skills (verbal and written)
- ability to do multi-task, organized
- Can start ASAP
