Administrative Manager Jobs Vacancy in Amley Food Corporation Jobs Details:

Maintains and enhances the Company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. - Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. - Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. - Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking. - Asses, manage and mitigate risks.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. - Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demands. - Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to asses risk and adherence to the law. - Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures and supervising the security guard force.
Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates and supervises security operations, inclusive of physical security assets and security personnel.
Develops and implements alternative methods for security operation improvement.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all operations employees.

Level of Independence:


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Female and perfectly fit to work.
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Well versed on Philippine Labor laws.
Strong ethics and high level of personal and professional integrity.
Self-starter with the ability to work within a large team environment and can work with limited Supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure. Willing to be assigned at Villanueva, Misamis Orien
