JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute the conversion from prospects to applicants
  • Achieve enrolment targets by pro-active and consistent follow through and counseling of prospective students, parents, and employers
    • Provide outstanding customer experience through outbound and inbound calls, emails and in-person appointments
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, inquiries, and applicants seeking assistance with the admissions and enrollment processes
  • Track and record communications by phone and email to address requests for information, guidance on application completion, and other concerns
  • Assist with planning on-campus and off-campus recruitment events
  • Prepare reports on program/s assigned as needed or requested
