Junior Service Desk Analyst Jobs Vacancy in Euroasia Executive Search Jobs Details:
- The role will be responsible for basic Service Desk tasks
- Provide first level technical support
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal clients using company-specific applications
- Perform troubleshooting and conduct problem determination to identify the source of the problem
- Provide resolution as soon as possible
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Must have 1-3 yearsâ experience in IT operations preferably in a technical support role
- Demonstrated basic knowledge and experience in the following: Windows OS, MS Office Products, Network Administration
- Experience in remote desktop management application is a plus
- Experience in ticketing system (i.e. Jira) is a plus
- Must have experience working as part of an enterprise support team
- Must have experience serving multi-national customers
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skillÂ
This role will be responsible for supporting the basic operations of the companyâs IT service desk for multiple sites.
